Highlights from NAB 2011

Well, this year's NAB show was better than ever! NAB reported that 92,708 attendees were registered this year, over the 88,044 registered attendees that registered in 2010. And our booth was jam-packed to prove it! If you didn't have a chance to stop by our booth, here's a short recap of what you missed!

This was the first year that we exhibited as an HME comany, so we really wanted to make an impression. But it was easy to impress with exciting new products and impressive wireless offerings on display.

The new wireless area showcased the HME DX210 and the Tempest900.  The HME DX210 is a newly designed, two-channel intercom system operating in the 2.4GHz band that has advanced the capabilities of the legendary HME DX200. The Tempest900 is the new wireless intercom system that operates in the 900MHz band, providing improved coverage in areas where more structural penetration is required and enclosed areas where multipate interference would otherwise be a factor. Both products officially launched at the show.

The Hybrid Network area demonstrated how flexible our solutions can be for any application. By operating the Hybrid Network over Optocore Network devices, intercom audio is efficiently routed to intercom panels at any remote location, with the added benefits of dual fiber redundancy or with additional CAT5 rings, with ultra-low latency and high bandwidth.

Whether you require a standalone wireless system or an integrated wireless solution, we are able to offer you a solution for practically any requirement, budget and environments.
